International Master program in Implant Dentistry

The International Master in implant dentistry is a program consisting in 4 mono-thematic modules plus an optional Basic module of four days and half each, with every module focusing in-depth on a single fundamental topic of implant dentistry. 

By attending the complete five modules (22 days and half), participants will learn how to thoroughly master all aspects of implant dentistry; all the Modules offer theoretical sessions, hands-on training on animal and artificial models by the course participants and live demonstrations performed by Dr. Gori on a patient. 

The 5 modules were scheduled with an approximate one-month interval, thus allowing participants to learn a structured method and to put into practice the concepts presented before delving into a new topic, without losing the program’s necessary continuity. Participants will also be able to appreciate beautiful Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance, in Spring, surrounded by blossoming nature, and in Winter, enjoying the Christmas atmosphere.  At the end of the Master program the participants will receive a well-deserved certificate of proficiency in implant dentistry.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

The International Master program in implant dentistry is a course dedicated to all those dentists wishing to improve their skills and gather deeper knowledge in the following 5 topics:

- The foundation of modern implant dentistry (basic optional module)

- Post-extraction implant placement in the anterior and posterior area;

- Hard and soft tissue augmentation around dental implants;

- Maxillary sinus floor elevation - crestal and lateral approach;

- Computer-guided implant placement and immediate loading (total and partially
   edentulous cases - post-extraction cases).

Ample space is dedicated to hands-on sessions by the course participants on models and to interactive live surgeries performed by the speaker and analyzed in detail before, during and after every clinical phase.
