The present policy is provided and valid exclusively for the website and does not refer to other websites visited by the user through links found on the website The data controller has no control over these websites or on the privacy policies applied by them for data confidentiality; before providing personal information, users are invited to check all the applied confidentiality rules.

Right to apply to the Authority for the protection of personal data: the user has the right to apply to the Authority for the protection of personal data in case of doubts on the processing of the personal data performed by the controller.

The user can also exercise the following rights in specific circumstances:

Right to cancel: the user can ask the controller to cancel the personal data collected in case the purposes of the processing have ceased and there are no legitimate interests or laws requiring its continuation;

Right to object to a processing: the user can ask the controller to stop specific processing regarding the personal data;

Right to limit the treatment: the user has the right to ask the controller to limit processing operations regarding personal data;

Right to data portability: the user has the right to receive a copy of the personal data in a structured format which can be informatically transferred to another data controller.
